Hillingdon Council is seeking an Income Maximisation Officer to deliver high quality income collection and resident support services for the housing function. You will manage a portfolio of properties and work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to maximise income and support residents.
You will use strong communication and empathetic approach to understand residents’ circumstances, signpost to support, and help the service transform to a more effective income collection operation.
