Salary: Grade 5 from: £29,450 to £33,313 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £35,054 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution (pro-rata if part-time).

Responsibilities- Timetabling Officer responsibilities include production, collection and processing of data for the teaching timetables to meet academic requirements for delivery of teaching and assessment, and to ensure effective utilisation of teaching space across the institution, alongside the maintenance of programme and course information.
- You will be part of the team that provides critical support services for programme data management, teaching and examinations timetables, and room booking. There will also be opportunity to contribute to developments to the scheduling, publishing and reporting of timetable data.
- Produce data and manage data flows related to teaching timetables that support delivery and assessment.
- Maintain accuracy and accessibility of timetable-related information.
- Collaborate with colleagues on data management, scheduling and reporting improvements.
- Publish live data online where applicable and support related logistics and data management tasks.
- Good IT, data management and people skills; ability to work within a fast-developing team.
- Timetabling experience or familiarity with scheduling systems and corporate records; knowledge of Scientia could be an added benefit.
- Strong office IT knowledge; proven ability to manage multiple tasks and workload while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in logistics or data management; ability to publish live data online.
- Well-established customer service, communication and reporting skills; good eye for detail; ability to undertake documentation and training activities.
- Experience in a service-oriented environment; experience in a higher education environment is desirable.
- Educational qualification: at least A-level or equivalent.
