We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Uxbridge for an urgent start
. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and helping young learners build strong foundations for future success.
This is a full-time, permanent position
, offering pay to scale (MPS/UPS), dependent on experience
.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Previous teaching experience in UK primary schools – essential
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, ensuring high standards of achievement
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
