We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team a fantastic institution. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about business education and committed to delivering an excellent learning experience. The successful candidate will teach across levels 1-3, preparing learners for further study, employment, or apprenticeships.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver engaging and informative lectures in Health and Social Care, focusing on Levels 1-3 and T Level qualifications.
  • Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Maintain records of students' attendance, grades, and progress.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to improve course content and teaching methods.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Lecturer.
  • In-depth knowledge of BTEC and T Level qualifications.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the business industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest trends in business education.
