The school is looking for a Primary Teacher to start after February half term 2026. The role may cover different year groups depending on experience, offering the opportunity to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons and make a real impact on pupils' learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs
- Create and maintain an inclusive, well-organised classroom that fosters positive behaviour and a love of learning
- Track pupil progress and use assessment data to inform teaching and intervention strategies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leaders to support pupil outcomes
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing
- Contribute to school initiatives, professional development, and continuous improvement
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Experience teaching in primary settings, with flexibility to work across different year groups
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to differentiate learning to meet diverse pupil needs
- Positive, proactive, and committed to professional development
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
