Psychology Graduate | Hillingdon | September Start

Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to gain valuable experience and take the next step in your career from September? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate who will be working as a Teaching Assistant to support students on a one-to-one basis, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals throughout the school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to use the skills they have learnt throughout their degree.

The Role – Psychology Graduate
  • Provide one-to-one support for students who require additional assistance.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
  • Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Attend meetings and work closely with teaching staff and specialist professionals.
  • Help students develop confidence, independence, and key learning skills.
  • Work alongside experienced SENCOs, therapists, and Educational Psychologists.
Who We're Looking For
  • Working towards or have completed a Psychology degree (or a related subject) from a leading UK University.
  • Have experience supporting young people through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, childcare, or similar roles.
  • Be passionate about child development, mental health, and inclusive education.
  • Aspire to a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Teaching, or a related field.
  • Be empathetic, proactive, and motivated to make a positive impact on students' lives.

This role offers a weekly pay of £450 - £530 for a Psychology Graduate and provides valuable experience supporting students. Many previous Psychology Graduates have gone on to train as an Educational Psychologist and Mental Health Professionals.
