SEND TA Trial

We are looking for a confident SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Uxbridge.

Immediate trial available this week – quick start for the right person.

You’ll be supporting children with SEND needs within a specialist provision, helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be expected to take initiative, build strong relationships and confidently support children with a range of complex needs.

• Pay: £95–£110 per day

• Experience supporting children with SEND (essential)
• Knowledge of complex needs, including Autism and communication difficulties
• Confident managing behaviours that challenge
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
• Reliable, proactive and able to hit the ground running
• A calm, patient and resilient approach

• Supportive and experienced SEND team
• Well‑resourced provision with excellent routines in place
