Uxbridge | Job Type: Full‑time – Mon to Friday, 8:30–4:15pm | Pay: £14.25–£16 per hour, starting September 2026

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lecturer to join a supportive college in Uxbridge. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high‑quality lessons to Further Education students, supporting their academic progress and development. This is a temporary position, unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver well‑planned and engaging lessons to FE students.
  • Prepare, assess, and mark student work in line with curriculum requirements.
  • Support learners in achieving their academic goals and potential.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience teaching or lecturing in Further Education or a relevant subject area.
  • A recognised teaching qualification is desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for supporting and developing learners.
