Salary information: POB, £48,907 - £53,177 per annum (dependent upon experience) + Special Schools Allowance, £1,568 per annum

Following a restructure of our Welfare Team, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic Director of Welfare, Attendance, Relationships and Safeguarding.

Now is an exciting time to join Meadow High School as we expand our numbers to 400 students educated across two sites, Royal Lane Campus & Northwood Road Campus.
The main elements of this role are:
Leading the Welfare Team, Attendance, Home liaison and for the right applicant serving as the schools Designated Senior Lead for Safeguarding (DSL).

- Be articulate and able to deal sensitively with a variety of situations with teachers, pupils, and parents.
