West London Salary: £50,718 - £56,781 per annum Permanent, Full-Time

We are working with a leading FE college group in West London to recruit a Head of Additional Learning Support – Foundation Learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop high-quality support provision for learners with SEND and High Needs, ensuring they receive the support, guidance and opportunities needed to achieve their full potential.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Foundation Learning, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Additional Learning Support across Foundation Learning provision. You will oversee support services for High Needs learners, manage funding and compliance requirements, and lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Additional Learning Support provision across the college.
- Take overall responsibility for High Needs learners, EHCP delivery and associated funding.
- Ensure learners receive timely, high-quality support in line with identified needs.
