A major UK house builder is looking for a Town Planner to join their team in Uxbridge, hybrid working available. The role involves leading the preparation and negotiation of planning applications for residential schemes, managing external consultants and ensuring projects meet policy expectations. Candidates should possess an RTPI-accredited degree, ideally be MRTPI qualified or working towards it, and have solid experience in residential planning.
Competitive salary up to £50k plus benefits including car allowance and bonus.
