Working hours:
Monday to Friday, covering hours between 8am - 6pm (shifts 8:00-16:30 and 9:30-18:00). 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am - 3:30pm. 1 shift per week 10:30am - 7:30pm.

We’ve been helping non-fault drivers get back on the road for 30 years, by providing like-for-like replacement vehicles, expert claims assistance and a genuinely caring service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast-paced, fun and supportive team!
What You’ll Be DoingAs a First Response Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in the early stages of the claims process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
- Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud.
- Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way - feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
- Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
- Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
- Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business!
- Delivering top-tier customer service with empathy & energy!
- Promoting our services with confidence and care!
- A friendly and engaging phone manner.
- Strong communication, listening skills, and decision-making skills.
- Great time management and attention to detail.
- The ability to stay calm and make quick, informed decisions
- A passion for helping people and working in a team
- A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook)
- Bonus points for knowledge of the automotive or insurance world—but not essential!
