We are hiring in our Finance team! As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial, commercial, and strategic support to our Head of Commercial Finance and the wider Commercial Finance team. In this role, you will provide data and analysis to support daily operational needs, whilst also helping shape the future of the business through our strategic planning and support on investment appraisals.

• Manage, deliver and address queries regarding JATOs’ Sales Commission Scheme.
• Providing informative commercial analysis and insight to the Head of Commercial Finance & Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner via weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
• Support the Commercial Finance team in the delivery of annual budget and twice-yearly forecast, providing respectful challenge as necessary.
• Support the Commercial Finance team in the annual refresh of JATOs’ 5-Year Strategic Plan, providing respectful challenge as necessary.
• Work alongside our external partner in the successful delivery of JATOs’ annual financial audit, answering queries as appropriate.
• Undertaking ad-hoc tasks in the support of the Commercial Finance team as required.

• Qualified accountant, either ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Excellent communication and people skills with demonstrable experience of delivering complex financial analysis to both Senior Finance and Senior non-Finance stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and execute on key deliverables using own initiative.
• Confident to multi-task, work well under pressure and strict deadlines.
• Be comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Proficiency in Excel, including lookups and Pivot Tables, is preferred.
