Location:
Flexible home and office working, with travel to Uxbridge at least three days per week

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Executive Director, Care Tech Foundation & Director, COSARAF Charitable Foundation

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Grants & Finance Officer to support two impactful charities: the Care Tech Foundation (0.6 FTE) and the COSARAF Charitable Foundation (0.4 FTE).
This unique role combines grants administration, financial management, and operational support, helping to deliver life‑changing projects in the UK and internationally. You will manage grant programmes from application through to impact reporting, oversee day‑to‑day financial processes, and support effective governance across both foundations.
About the FoundationsThe Care Tech Foundation champions the social care sector, carers, and people living in care in the UK and overseas. The COSARAF Charitable Foundation is a family foundation focused on building sustainable communities, enabling young people, and empowering women and girls.
Key Responsibilities- Administer grant programmes, including application processing, due diligence, payments, and monitoring
- Maintain accurate grant and financial records using Salesforce CRM and financial systems
- Process invoices, grant payments, and expenses; reconcile accounts and track budgets
- Support management accounts, audits, and financial controls
- Collect and analyse monitoring and evaluation data and contribute to impact reporting
- Act as a key contact for grantees, donors, and partners
- Contribute to trustee reports, communications, and operational administration
Essential:
- Experience in financial administration or bookkeeping
- Experience in a charity or grant‑making environment
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and working with digital systems
Desirable:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or grants management systems
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, Brightpay)
- Understanding of charity finance and governance
- Salary £40,000 per annum
