As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our Services Team in a finance role, supporting all areas of the College. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in HE financial administration. Working closely with the College Finance Officer, the primary purpose of this role is to support the College’s financial activities.

Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus.
Salary: Grade 5 from £28,250 to £32,113 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £33,904 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.
Hours: Full‑time.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will play an important role in providing an efficient, effective and high standard of financial administration and processing support across the College. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily responsibility for the processing of orders and invoices in line with financial regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for finance queries, including procurement.
- Process, advise and report on staff and non‑staff expense claims and reimbursement.
- Assist with budget reporting and forecasting for operational sub‑projects.
- Maintain accurate financial records, supporting budget holders to remain in budget and in compliance with the institution’s financial regulations.
- Liaise with University colleagues in Finance, Procurement, Payroll and Sales Ledger.
- Deputise for the College Finance Officer on occasion.
