£65,000 – £70,000 | Uxbridge | Full-time
A growing multi-site healthcare organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Finance Transformation & Operations to lead and modernise its high-volume Finance Operations function.
The Role
* Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Transaction Processing teams.
* Manage and develop a high-performing Finance Operations function.
* Drive process improvement, automation and operational transformation.
* Identify opportunities to introduce AI, RPA and workflow automation across Finance.
* Optimise finance systems and ERP processes, with Net Suite experience highly desirable.
* Develop KPIs, SLAs and operational reporting to improve performance.
* Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance.
* Lead teams through change and transformation programmes.
* Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and operational stakeholders.
* Build a scalable Finance Operations model to support continued business growth.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience leading high-volume Finance Operations or Shared Services.
* Strong management experience across AP, AR and Payroll.
* Track record of process optimisation, automation and transformation.
* Experience implementing or improving ERP/finance systems – Net Suite highly desirable.
* Experience with in a growing or multi-site organisation.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
* Experience using technology, automation or AI to improve finance processes.
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Industry Experience
Experience with in healthcare, care homes, hospitality, retail or another multi-site service environment would be advantageous.
