Head of Finance Operations (Fin Ops) - Office based role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance Operations (Fin Ops) to lead and modernise our end-to-end finance operations function. This senior leadership role will oversee high-volume transactional finance activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Operations, and Transaction Processing, whilst driving operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming finance operations through process optimisation, AI-enabled efficiencies, and the effective use of technology, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to build a scalable, shared-services style finance function that supports the continued growth of a multi-site healthcare organisation.

Finance Operations Leadership

• Lead the day-to-day management of finance operations, including:
