As the Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in building on the success of our established office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day-to-day business, working alongside our Senior management team and an amazing team of caregivers.

What you’ll do as a Registered Manager:

* Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes

* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim to maintain a "Good" or achieve a higher rating

* Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients and carry out risk assessments

* Assess new referrals and designing person-centred care plans

* Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery

* Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs

* Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care

* Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits

* Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support

* Support business growth and meet commercial targets

Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)

* Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding

* Proven leadership in care management (ideally within Domiciliary/Home care services)

* Committed to delivering high quality, person-centred care and support to service users

* Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car (mileage paid)

* Right to work full-time in the UK
