What they are Looking For:

• Recruitment agency experience (minimum 2 years), ideally within Industrial or Driving sectors
• A proven track record in sales and business development
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to engage clients at all levels
• A hands-on leader with energy, determination, and a sense of humour
• A full driving licence (essential)
