Position: Helpdesk Analyst & IT Admin - First-Call Support
A Further Education College in Uxbridge is seeking a pro-active individual for an IT helpdesk role. As the first point of contact, you will manage customer tickets and provide excellent customer service. You should possess strong skills in Microsoft Office and effective administrative capabilities. This permanent position offers a salary between £26,779 and £30,709, along with generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.
