We’re working with a global technology business that’s helping redefine the future of security and surveillance technology through AI-powered products, cloud platforms and smart video solutions.
Their engineering teams are building innovative products used to help protect people, businesses and public spaces around the world and they’re now looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help drive some of their most important technical programmes forward.
This is a high-impact role sitting right in the middle of engineering, product and leadership teams. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders while helping technical teams deliver large-scale products across hardware, embedded systems, cloud software and AI analytics.
This isn’t just a “project tracking” role — they need someone technical, commercially aware and comfortable getting into the detail when needed.
What you’ll be doing- Leading complex end-to-end technical programmes across multiple engineering teams
- Coordinating delivery between hardware, firmware, mobile and cloud teams
- Partnering with senior engineering and product leadership to turn strategy into delivery plans
- Identifying risks early and helping teams navigate blockers before they become issues
- Supporting technical discussions around architecture, delivery trade-offs and scalability
- Providing clear updates to leadership around timelines, delivery and overall programme health
- Helping improve engineering processes and delivery practices across the wider organisation
- Creating structure and momentum in a fast-moving global environment
- Strong experience in Technical Program Management or engineering leadership
- Background working within product development environments
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Physical Security / Access Control / VMS
- IoT
- Embedded systems
- AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- AI or video analytics
- Good understanding of software delivery life cycles and hardware development cycles
- Someone comfortable working with both engineers and executive leadership teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical topics
