Job Description & How to Apply Below
Agentic AI Lead

What you become a part of

This role is accountable for enabling agentic AI to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale — while ensuring it is deployed in a controlled, trusted, and sustainable way. The role starts with defining the right problems: understanding how people actually work, challenging assumptions, and identifying where/if agentic AI can create real value. The focus is not on building technology, but on shaping the right opportunities, enabling responsible use, and evolving the capability into an Agentic AI Centre of Excellence over time.

What to expect

Agentic AI Strategy & Enablement

Define and lead the enterprise approach to agentic AI capability adoption

Frame and prioritise the right problems for agentic AI to solve first, challenging initial demand and ensuring focus on high-impact opportunities

Ensure agentic AI initiatives are aligned to business priorities and operating models

Establish a clear path from experimentation to scaled deployment

Governance, Oversight & Design Boundaries

Coordinate Strategy’s role as a single point of oversight for AI across the organisation

Define decision boundaries and ensure accountability and traceability for agents recommendations and actions

Work with Legal and BPT to embed and evolve the SAFE Responsible AI framework

Platform, Patterns & Lifecycle Management

Partner with BPT to establish shared agentic platforms and reusable components

Implement with BPT agent lifecycle management patterns (design, deployment, monitoring, iteration, retirement)

Drive reuse over reinvention to reduce duplication and inefficiency

Value Realisation & Business Integration

Connect agentic AI initiatives directly to business outcomes, not demonstrations or pilots

Ensure AI experiments feed learnings into the path to adoption: proof value, accuracy, work design, costs, support

Enable business teams to identify and deploy high-value use cases

Adoption, Enablement & Capability Building

Build federated capability through to design, deploy, and manage AI agents effectively

Create clear, sanctioned pathways to reduce “shadow AI” and unmanaged experimentation

Develop the Agentic AI adoption playbook and lead a cross-functional network of Agentic AI Ambassadors to drive engagement, capability building, and adoption across the organisation.

Provide enablement (guidance, learning, and support) to project teams to ensure safe and scaled adoption

Partner closely with P&C to design, implement, and embed new ways of working enabled by agentic AI, including developing and delivering change management and capability-building initiatives.

Guide teams to rethink workflows and decision-making processes, not just automate existing tasks

Ensure adoption includes changes in workflows — not just tool deployment

External Partnerships & Thought Leadership

Leverage external expertise to accelerate capability development

Bring in leading practices while adapting them to CCEP’s context

Support the transition toward partial internalisation of capabilities over time

What we expect of you (skills/experience)

Commercial mindset with the ability to link AI initiatives to meaningful business problems and measurable outcomes

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leaders, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and existing approaches

Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping new approaches where no established playbook exists

Pragmatic problem-solving approach with a bias for action and simplicity

Experience

Hands-on experience with agentic AI use cases, even if for personal use

Experience or background in product management, business analysis, process design, UX, research, or similar disciplines focused on problem definition and user needs

Ability to translate experimentation or digital pilots into scalable, repeatable solutions

Experience defining governance, guardrails, or operating models for emerging tech and balance innovation speed with risk, cost, and control

Proven ability to enable teams (not just build centrally) through clear frameworks and guidance

Experience designing reusable patterns, standards, or shared capabilities
