Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Applications (eCommerce) Consultant to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering world-class digital commerce solutions; with a deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Oracle Commerce Cloud you will drive the design, implementation, and governance of end-to-end eCommerce platforms that support business growth and  this high-impact role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

You will lead solution architecture and delivery, partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and ensure seamless integration with critical enterprise systems. Along the way, you will champion best practices, optimise operational performance, and mentor colleagues to build technical capability across the team.

Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field. Masters Degree is a plus. Significant experience in working with Oracle Commerce Cloud(OCC) or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or similar eCommerce platforms).Excellent IT delivery skills. Good knowledge and experience in IT Operations and Compliance  

Working experience in managing business during change management and rollout of projects Adept at creating and transforming business requirements into functional requirements and designs. Exceptional problem solving and sound decision making capabilities, recognised by alternative solutions, and confident, accurate, decision-making coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Understanding of and experience with best practice methodologies Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization.

Provides specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
