Head of IT & Systems

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of IT & Systems to lead IT operations and enterprise systems within a growing organisation.

The organisation has recently completed a significant programme of technology transformation, including the implementation of major ERP and CRM platforms, improvements to IT governance and service management, enhanced data governance and the establishment of architecture and integration principles.

The next phase is focused on embedding these changes, driving adoption, optimising systems and delivering continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and technology partners to maximise the value of existing technology investments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously improve core ERP, CRM and business applications
• Work closely with the organisation’s parent company to identify opportunities to leverage and scale existing platforms within the UK business
• Drive user adoption, process improvement and automation
• Lead IT governance, risk, audit and compliance
• Manage technology suppliers and delivery partners
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Lead and develop the IT & Systems team
• Deliver a prioritised technology improvement roadmap

Experience required:

• Strong experience of IT leadership and systems ownership
• Experience across ERP and CRM environments
• Excellent stakeholder and business relationship management skills
• Experience with IT governance, audit, risk and compliance
• Strong supplier and vendor management experience
• A commercially aware, business-focused approach
• The ability to balance operational delivery with continuous improvement
