Privacy Counsel - EMEA and APAC Lead (2-7 PQE)
- Responsible for leading the multi-jurisdictional privacy legal team in EMEA and APAC, focusing on integrating privacy and AI in online (App and Website) and offline products and services.
- Create and implement a data protection compliance programme.
- Provide legal data protection advice to the commercial legal team – draft, review, negotiate data protection provisions and agreements for B2B and B2C relationships, including cross‑border data transfers with third parties.
- Collaborate with the infosec teams and work alongside the counterpart in the USA for Privacy and Data Protection.
- Implement privacy by design.
- Law degree.
- 2-7 years PQE +.
- Trained in house or private practice.
- Experience working for a City Law firm is a benefit.
- Privacy Counsel experience.
- Experience across a broad area of Data Protection.
