• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our buildings and facilities
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Coordinating maintenance and repair work with contractors and service providers
• Managing a small team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld throughout the premises
• Collaborating with school staff to address any facilities-related needs or concerns
• Assisting in the planning and execution of school events and activities
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and facility usage

• Previous experience in facilities management, ideally within an educational setting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• A positive attitude and a sense of humour!
