Director, Indirect Procurement (Strategic) (Interim)
Role: Full-time, Contract
Location: Stockley Park, West London
Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

Responsible for developing and executing the indirect procurement strategy to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance across all non-production categories. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, drives innovation in sourcing practices, and fosters strong supplier relationships to deliver long term value.
Strategy Development & ExecutionDefine and implement a global indirect procurement strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Supplier Management & NegotiationBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance and innovation.
Stakeholder EngagementPartner with senior leadership and functional heads to understand business needs and priorities.
Governance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to procurement policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor a team of category managers and procurement professionals based offshore.
The Person- Degree level education preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field MBA or equivalent preferred
- Substantial procurement experience, with proven experience in a leadership role focused on indirect categories.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Strong understanding of procurement technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
