Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 (Early finish Fridays)

• Work from engineering drawings and adhere to strict quality standards
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure precision
• Contribute to a fast‑paced finishing team delivering top‑quality aerospace components

• Experience as a Finishing Operative / Rumbling Operative
• Manufacturing or engineering background
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions
