Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum. Shift Pattern: 7am-5pm, 7 days on / 7 days off.

We're supporting a leading precision engineering manufacturer near Uxbridge who are seeking a CNC Supervisor to lead their Machine Shop team. You'll be responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, and team performance are consistently achieved, while developing and motivating a team of skilled CNC machinists.

With a 7am-5pm, 7-on / 7-off shift pattern, this role provides a rare opportunity to earn a competitive salary while enjoying an excellent work-life balance.

• Supervise CNC machining operations to meet production, quality, and output targets
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of machinists to maintain high performance and safe working practices
• Allocate workloads effectively to optimise machine and manpower utilisation
• Resolve technical and operational issues to minimise downtime
  
  Oversee inspection, quality checks, and continuous improvement activities
• Conduct appraisals, manage performance, and maintain accurate production records
• Promote a positive, safety-first culture across the shop floor

• Strong background in CNC machining (turning, milling, or precision engineering)
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a manufacturing environment
• Confident interpreting engineering drawings and inspection requirements
• Familiar with MRP/ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous)
• Methodical, proactive, and confident managing a team
