• Maintain plant displays in premium venues across London and the South East.
• Regular watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning and replacement.
• Identify and resolve plant health issues.
• Travel to multiple client sites daily.
• Build positive client relationships.
• Communicate with the wider team to ensure quality and continuity.

• Has hands‑on horticultural maintenance experience.
• Brings a keen eye for detail and pride in their work.
• Is positive, practical and able to work independently.
• Has a clean UK driving licence and is confident driving around London.
• Can handle early starts and travel throughout the week.
• Shares values of willingness, integrity, teamwork and respect.
• Ideally lives between Oxfordshire and central London.
