Quality Administrator - Uxbridge

£25,000 to £28,000 per annum

A lovely opportunity has arisen for a Quality Administrator to join a long‑standing, family‑run business based in the Uxbridge area. If you have previous quality administration experience and are looking for a role that encourages growth and development, this could be the ideal next step for you.

• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

• Work hours:
  
  Monday–Thursday, Friday (2 hours) with one half‑day Friday per month

• Investigate and resolve client complaints and non‑conformances
• Conduct internal quality audits
• Support preparation for the annual ISO audit
• Collaborate with internal departments and advise on supplier issues
• Update quality procedures in line with process changes
• Perform general administration duties (e.g., scanning supplier certificates and other documents)
• Check orders and raise credit notes
• Review contracts
• Send out client reviews and questionnaires

• Strong communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational/planning skills
• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001/AS9102
