The CompanyA well established manufacturer of high quality precision aerospace machined components are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team. The company provide precision parts to a wide range of industries including aerospace and F1 in their modern state of the art machining facility.
The role of a Quality inspector - CNCAs a successful quality inspector, you will be required to inspect precision engineered components.
Duties of a Quality inspector - CNC- First off inspection and final inspection in a subcontract machining environment
- Using inspection measurement equipment such as Micrometres, Verniers, Gauges
- First article inspection reporting
- Experience using inspection measurement equipment
- A knowledge of inspection measurement equipment.
- Good understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements
- First article inspection reporting
- Root cause analysis and resolution, including rework of parts.
- Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
- Good communications and computer literacy.
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Subcontract machining environment experience

- Thursday 07.00am - 15.00 pm / Early Finish Fridays
