At Beauty Base, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an exciting shopping experience for our customers. We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to support the Store Manager in leading a successful store.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail supervisory experience who enjoys leading by example, developing others and delivering outstanding commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Store Manager, you will:

* Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

* Support the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.

* Organise, oversee and participate in stock takes and inventory control.

* Receive, check, price and merchandise deliveries efficiently and accurately.

* Complete daily cashing-up procedures and maintain accurate cash handling.

* Carry out key holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.

* Monitor and deliver company KPIs, including sales, performance and shrinkage targets.

* Handle customer queries, refunds and exchanges professionally and in line with company policy.

* Identify and report any stock discrepancies or operational issues promptly.

* Work closely with Directors and Head Office to ensure company procedures and standards are consistently followed.

About You

You'll be someone who:

* Has previous retail supervisory or team leader experience.

* Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

* Leads by example and enjoys motivating and developing others.

* Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.

* Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Is commercially aware and driven to achieve results.

* Is ambitious and looking to build a long-term career in retail management.

* Is flexible and able to work variable shifts, including weekends and peak trading periods.
