Role Description

The New Business Sales Executive is responsible for driving business development and sales intheir assigned territory, to achieve the necessary sales growth and related business targets.

This is a field base role using strong lead generation, opportunity qualification and deal closing skills to impactour new business growth. This person needstoset pace each day with outbound activity to drive meetings and demos toshowcaseour solutions as a market leading softwarevender. The New Business Sales Executive must be comfortable asking questions to challenge and understand a customer’s needs toestablisha value message for our solutions to best resolve their issues and drive their business forward.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience selling subscription-based software, preferably into thearchitecturalorconstruction engineering market.
  • Demonstratable sales skillsto include prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, managing objections and closing of new business in a software environment.
  • Ability to create and use data toidentifymarket opportunities and report accurately on sales activity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to work collaboratively and be supportive of the team environment.
  • Motivated, self-directed and results oriented approach.
  • UK Right to work, Valid UK license and ability to travel within UK/I.
