About the role

We are recruiting Newly Qualified Social Workers across our service, including the our Cared For Children's team and the exciting new family help service. As a Social Worker in Hillingdon, no two days will be the same. You will:
- Build meaningful, relationship-based practice with children and families.
- Work within a supportive locality team embedded in a defined geographical area.
- Lead and coordinate multi-agency plans that safeguard children and support families.
- Be part of our journey to becoming a fully trauma-informed service, supported by a strong and stable leadership team.
- Access regular supervision, reflective practice, and extensive professional development opportunities.

About YouWe’re looking for passionate, resilient, and forward-thinking Newly Qualified Social Workers who are ready to make a real impact.
You will be:
- A Newly Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England (or in the process of being registered).
- Experience or placement within a statutory social work team.
- Committed to relationship-based and trauma-informed practice.
- Driven to make a difference for children and families
- Creative, curious, reflective, and always open to learning and improvement.
- A collaborative professional who thrives in a team environment and shares our commitment to delivering excellence in line with DfE’s family first partnership reforms.
