All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join a residential home in Uxbridge, supporting seven non-verbal children and young people. The role offers a rolling 2-on/2-off rota with sleep-ins and a salary up to £28,500 per annum (DOE).
The successful candidate will have a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent, and will work to deliver high-quality care, safeguarding, and development opportunities for the residents.
