We are looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Complex Case Officer to join their Community Safety & Enforcement service.

You will manage a complex caseload involving ASB, domestic abuse, vulnerability and tenancy-related issues, working closely with residents, Police, Legal Services, safeguarding teams and other partners to reduce risk and achieve positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage complex and high-risk ASB cases from investigation through to resolution.
  • Develop and implement effective case action plans.
  • Use appropriate early intervention, support and enforcement measures.
  • Prepare evidence, case files and documentation for legal proceedings.
  • Work with vulnerable residents and victims using a trauma-informed approach.
  • Undertake risk assessments and contribute to safeguarding and MARAC processes.
  • Take appropriate enforcement action, including CPWs, CPNs, injunctions and possession proceedings.
  • Attend court and provide evidence when required.
  • Build effective partnerships and contribute to community safety initiatives.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies.
You will have proven experience of managing complex ASB cases and enforcement, with a strong understanding of relevant housing, ASB and domestic abuse legislation.

You will also have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, experience working with vulnerable people, and the ability to manage competing priorities and high-risk cases effectively.
