You will join a high‑performing software engineering team focused on delivering a best‑in‑class broadband experience. Your work will impact members by enabling fast, dependable full‑fibre service with no long contracts.

• Server‑side:
  Java 21, Maven, Spring Boot, JUnit
• Client‑side:
  Type Script, Next.js, React and related ecosystem tools
• Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus

• Work within a self‑organising, cross‑functional product engineering team using extreme programming practices such as pair programming and test‑driven development.
• Build, support and maintain automated, fault‑tolerant, scalable products continuously delivered into production.
• Help establish the best architecture for products and services, and be a technical resource for the team.
• Maintain a proactive, curious mindset, producing maintainable solutions that the team can learn from.
• Identify improvements in software, accept feedback, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Experience with Test‑Driven Development, Pair Programming, Clean Code, Refactoring, System Design.
• Observability mindset and the mantra "you build it, you run it".
• Product mindset and strong communication skills, including giving and receiving feedback.

• Event‑Driven Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, micro‑frontends.
• Experience in payments or financial systems.
