Cresco Labs is seeking a full‑time Packaging Supervisor for our Uxbridge, MA facility. As our Packaging Supervisor, you will oversee the packaging department and be responsible for compliance and consistency as well as managing the packaging agents.

• Responsible forday-to-day operations and performance of the packaging department
• Maintains inventory levels and production standards
• Oversee production lines, ensuring staff have what they need to complete projects on time
• Data input – Complete documentation of daily production logs on various software platforms
• Recognizes areas of opportunity that improve Safety, Product Quality, Food Safety, Cost, Productivity, and Employee Moral
• Responsible for managing employee records (write ups, time off requests)
• Creation of compliance labels from Metrc
• Maintains fast pace and high attention to detail in all areas of the team
• Collaboration with quality teams to ensure labels are going on correctly and packagingremainscompliant with regulations for the industry

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of production/manufacturing processes
• Ability to provide clear direction, to manage and track progress and communicate outcomes
• Willing and able to work in a fast paced environment

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range

$52,000 - $53,000 USD
