PAG supports operators in the Airline, Business and General Aviation (BGA), Military and Rotary Wing markets through its Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (ISMRO®) business model.
We are seeking motivated candidates for a position that involves receiving, inspecting components for repair and overhaul, and generating pre‑established technical documentation and shop travelers. Data entry experience is a plus!
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Receiving incoming components for repair / overhaul
- Generating documentation, technical data and shop travelers using customer repair orders as guidance
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using manual inspection tools to determine serviceability
- Perform floor inspections on various machines ensuring tolerances are met
- Maintain FAA documentation / record keeping
- Prepare customer repair / overhaul quotes
- Perform final inspections / generate FAA / DOT documentation
- Assist in maintaining FAA/DOT quality system
Physical Demands:
The position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday.
Equipment Operated:
Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.
Work Location:
Aviation Welding Technologies, LLC 73 Commerce Drive, Uxbridge, MA.

Exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets.
Skills and Abilities
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Highly motivated individual
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Data entry skills / computer literate
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Available to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 7 am–5 pm
- Must pass FAA/DOT pre‑employment drug test and background screen, and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
ExperienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience.
Certificates/LicensesNone.
