Are you passionate about strength training and conditioning? Do you love coaching others to push past limits and build functional fitness? We’re seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Instructor to join our team and lead dynamic, results‑driven workouts that empower clients to reach their full potential.
Position Overview:As a Strength and Conditioning Instructor, you will design and lead effective group workouts focused on strength, power, endurance, mobility, and injury prevention. You’ll create a motivating and safe environment that encourages all fitness levels to challenge themselves and achieve measurable progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Delivery:
- Lead structured strength and conditioning sessions tailored to clients’ goals and abilities.
- Ensure exercises are performed safely with proper technique and form.
- Motivate clients to reach their fitness and performance objectives.
- Client Engagement:
- Provide personalized coaching and modifications as needed.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere.
- Communicate progress, celebrating client milestones.
- Promote future classes and services to help clients continue their wellness journey.
- Facility & Class Management:
- Prepare and maintain workout areas and equipment for safe, efficient use.
- Ensure classes start and end on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces.
- General Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with questions and offer guidance on fitness and recovery.
- Manage late arrivals professionally and discreetly.
- Utilize company communication tools to engage with clients.
- Meetings & Reporting:
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay current and aligned with team goals.
- Report any client concerns or safety issues promptly.
- Certification in Strength and Conditioning
- CPR certification required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to adapt workouts for varying fitness and mobility levels
- Passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
- Paid per class, negotiable based on experience
