Senior IT Architect

At Bühler we have Service Business as a strategic development target. We're looking for a Solutions Architect to be hands on to design and deliver creative solutions across multiple capabilities of the Service business.

Are you an experienced solutions architect with experience in designing Service Management solutions? If so, we want to hear from you!

• You deliver high-quality solution designs for the Epics you are working on
• You elaborate solution concepts, perform requirements engineering, and create system and program specifications
• You coordinate developments provided by internal and external partners, including quality checks and testing
• You autonomously customize SAP ERP CS/SD
• You create technical documentation of system setups
• You support global implementation projects of process and system standards, including user trainings
• You provide third-level system support for global users, including quality management

• Experience in solution architecture
• Expertise in creating architecture deliverables for both waterfall and agile projects
• More than 5 years of work experience, including over 3 years in a similar position
• Experience in SAP ERP SD; advanced knowledge in SAP Customer Service Management
• Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, software development, engineering, business administration, or a related field
• Fluent in English (business level)
