Staff Accountant

You’ll be the go-to person for accounts receivable, with room to grow into broader responsibilities.

• Own AR operations — invoicing, collections, cash applications, and deduction resolution
• Handle journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations as part of month‑end close
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through detailed account analysis
• Support AP, fixed assets, and expense accounting as needed
• Assist with financial reporting and internal management schedules
• Identify process inefficiencies and help improve workflows in a lean environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands‑on accounting experience with a strong AR background
• Deductions experience is a real plus
• Solid understanding of debits and credits and how GAAP applies in real operations
• Experience working in ERP/accounting systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and the ability to actually analyze data
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy

• Experience in manufacturing accounting environments
• Exposure to multi‑entity accounting
• Background supporting month‑end close cycles
