Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities:
Outpatient only - Equipment/Resources:
Access to state‑of‑the‑art equipment and comprehensive resources - Provider Support:
Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Consults with patients to determine appropriate course of treatment
- Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or aid in diagnosis
- Monitors lab results, medication adherence, and medication toxicities
- Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
- Explains and discusses procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient
- Refers patients to medical specialists when necessary
- Represents the practice at hospital committees in such a manner that the burden of attending the meetings is reasonably distributed among all physicians in the group
- Collaborates and manages APPs
- MD or DO degree
- Board‑certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
- Proven experience in a primary‑care setting
- Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment

- Annual compensation range: IM $350,000 – W2 employee model (compensation based on 1.0 FTE, full time)
- Signing bonus: up to $30,000
- Retention bonus (beginning at the completion of the 2nd year): up to $30,000 per year
- Relocation bonus: up to $15,000 (based on location)
- Residency stipend: up to $2,000 a month
- APP supervision after 2nd year: up to $1,500 per month per 1.0 FTE APP
- Comprehensive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, prescriptions

- CME allowance up to $5 K
- Association dues and subscriptions allowance up to $3 K
- 100 % reimbursement for medical license, DEA, hospital dues
