Special Education Case Manager
to support a district in the Vacaville/Solano County area. This role requires a
Moderate/Severe or ESN credential
and strong experience coordinating IEPs, scheduling meetings, and maintaining communication with families and service providers.

• Full-time only

• Moderate/Severe or ESN credential required

• $60–$70/hr
  (W2 with benefits or 1099 option)

• Caseload coordination, scheduling, parent communication, and service alignment

• Responsibilities may vary based on district needs

• SPED educator with Mod/Severe or ESN credential

• Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills

• Experience coordinating IEP timelines and services

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school teams

• Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and student support pathways
