The JobAs our Supply Chain Specialist
, your primary role will be to support purchasing and supply chain activities to ensure production runs smoothly. You will source, negotiate, and purchase materials for production, evaluate supplier quotes, and provide input on supplier selection. You will also provide input on contracts and agreements in alignment with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. You will process and manage purchase orders, obtain supplier confirmations, maintain accurate ERP system updates, and plan, track, and expedite materials as needed.
You will investigate inventory discrepancies, receiving issues, invoice mismatches, purchase price variances, and delivery delays that may impact production schedules. You will support purchasing new, current, and replacement components and assist in managing inventory levels in collaboration with other departments. You will also support Supplier Quality Management, assist in executing supply chain initiatives, utilize established reporting, and work to keep internal teams informed of supplier performance.
TheSkills, Education, And Experience You Need
- Understand material procurement
- Understanding of ERP systems and their function
- Strong understanding of project management and coordination
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in a similar role with 4‑6 years of experience is required. A degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field is preferred.

- What is the starting wage? The hourly rate for this position is between $35.58 - $40.91 depending on experience.
