Paint Technician

• Determines the methods, techniques, devices and materials that are best suited for the surface finish
• Performs all prep and paint procedures and operations to ensure top quality finish
• Capable of refinishing to a level consistent to OEM finish without rework (no buffing, no runs, no dirt)
• Capable of disassembly and reassembly procedures
• Will be prepping projects for paint by removing grease, dirt, paint, rust
• Remove accessories such as chrome or mirrors
• Select/operate correct spray gun for the material being applied
• Additional duties as needed

• Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives
• Ability to work independently as well as parts of a team
• Self-motivated
• Valid drivers' license required
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Willing and able to pass a thorough background check
