American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a CA RN license and recent L&D experience.
Details- Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
- EPIC EMR used
- Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- 1 year of recent full-time equivalent L&D experience within the last 3 years required
- 5+ years of recent L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
- 1 year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years preferred
- High-risk OB experience preferred
- BSN or related degree preferred
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Provide care for laboring and delivering patients, including high-risk OB cases as applicable
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates
- Travelers may not exceed two years of continuous or cumulative assignments without a 90-day break per facility HR tenure policy
- Former permanent staff must be separated from the facility for at least 6 months before being eligible for a travel assignment
