Position: Entry-Level Real Sales Estate Agent

Ready to break into the real estate industry? Join us as an entry-level Real Estate Agent and gain access to a comprehensive training program, real lead generation, mentorship from a seasoned broker, and the tools you need to grow.

This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with peers and team members to share strategies and opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing educational sessions with industry professionals.
  • Represent the brokerage with professionalism during negotiations and closings.
  • Stay organized with documentation, follow-ups, and compliance in transactions.
  • Manage leads provided by the brokerage and follow up using our CRM systems.
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and lead management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, ethical, and reliable.
  • High drive for growth: self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure.
Compensation

$100,000 at plan earnings
