Asset Protection Associate

Position at Walmart Supercenter #1704, 1501 Helen Power Dr, Vacaville, CA 95687.

This role focuses on the safety and security of our associates, customers and merchandise. Working in this role will involve investigating, thinking critically and working to solve complex problems.

• Investigate incidents related to loss, theft, or suspicious activity.
• Analyze evidence and apply critical thinking to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with store management and security teams to implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of investigations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mid‑shift and closing shifts.

Base Pay Range: $20.00/hr – $33.00/hr

Hourly wages meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr in specific circumstances.
